He explained everything in detail, and I know I’m not the easiest individual to deal with just given my past experiences with auto body shops… but he was extremely understanding, highly professional and patient… when I took it in, I was greeted by two very friendly women at the Front Desk (I believe Alicia is one of their names), and they processed everything quickly. The following morning Josh called with a plan of action so I understood everything before they even began, and not even 6 days later my entire front end was replaced with a beautiful paint job. They worked with me to pay the most minimal amount possible out of pocket as well, which was so shocking to me based off my past experiences with other money hungry and unprofessional auto body shops. The thing that stuck out the most in my mind is when we picked it up… we were talking to Josh, and I have to install a fender that I have from a previous incident, and Josh offered to touch up a small chip where the fender meets the bumper once we have it installed… honestly, my jaw dropped.
