Car Rental or Loaners
You may be covered for a rental car. Once we have your insurance information, we can let you know what you are entitled to. Ken’s Body Shop can even arrange a rental car for you or, based on availability, a loaner car (to either be picked up at our auto body shop or delivered to your home Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm). The rental cost varies by vehicle type and the number of rental days.

Towing
If you are stranded with a car that isn’t drivable, simply call 315-343-6611 for a tow to our shop.

Express One Day Repairs

First, we will need to do an estimate of your damage. We will let you know if your repairs meet the requirements for an express one day repair. If your car qualifies, drop off your car between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. the day of your scheduled repairs. We will have your vehicle ready by the end of the business day or a rental car is on us. It’s that simple!

It’s clear, drip-free, odor-free, and provides warrantied rust protection that lasts 18 months!

Detailing
Ken’s Body Shop can provides a full array of detailing options from a simple wash and vacuum to a full reconditioning, making the dull paint on your vehicle shine again. We use a detergent-proof wax that holds up well against the harsh winter environment of Central New York.
