What a great experience after a bonehead fender bender in my driveway. Josh made the process as seamless as it could be. Daily updates are provided by email. The work was completed on time and everything looks perfect. Job well done!

My car was parked and hit by another driver, causing a fender bender, also additional little damages. I was looking for the best body shop around and being located at fort drum not many came to mind. Decided on Ken’s since it wasn’t to far away, but let me tell you it was worth it every bit of the drive there. Was greeted to amazing staff. Specifically Alisha and Josh, who helped me all throughout the process. Very professional, efficient, and kind people. They really want to provide astonishing service to the customer and it shows throughout the amazing reviews they receive. That’s what actually lured me to Ken’s in the first place, cause I wanted my mustang to be in good hands. When the car came out the shop it was perfect. I was more then satisfied. Ken’s even cleaned my car inside n out which made the experience with them that much better! If I could rate 10 stars I would, 125% recommend Ken’s body shop and to add, USAA did an exceptional job on the coverage, placing me in a rental, and efficiency of the service.The fact that they work with Ken’s makes it that much better! Once again thank you, Alisha, Josh, and the entire team at Ken’s! Had a very pleasant and calm experience!

Northside Collision was going to take 3 months to even get me in… and they treated me terribly even being a past customer… so given the reviews, I called Kens… And WOW… I spoke with Indy initially and he said he would take my Jeep in the very next day. He explained everything in detail, and I know I’m not the easiest individual to deal with just given my past experiences with auto body shops… but he was extremely understanding, highly professional and patient… when I took it in, I was greeted by two very friendly women at the Front Desk (I believe Alicia is one of their names), and they processed everything quickly. The following morning Josh called with a plan of action so I understood everything before they even began, and not even 6 days later my entire front end was replaced with a beautiful paint job. They worked with me to pay the most minimal amount possible out of pocket as well, which was so shocking to me based off my past experiences with other money hungry and unprofessional auto body shops. The thing that stuck out the most in my mind is when we picked it up… we were talking to Josh, and I have to install a fender that I have from a previous incident, and Josh offered to touch up a small chip where the fender meets the bumper once we have it installed… honestly, my jaw dropped. The helpful, timely, professional, and understanding service, coupled with a beautiful job well done all speaks for itself. See the photos attached. Thank you, Kens and staff!

The shop is great. Friendly people, good service. But hackers have their customer list. I now receive 7-10 calls a day about my accident. I didn't have one. I went to get a window repaired.

I can't thank the folks at Ken's Body Shop enough. I came in Friday morning almost in tears because my newly-purchased car's fuel door wasn't opening, and not only did they take a look right on the spot without an appointment or making me wait, they did it for free and offered to change my car key battery on top of it. They made a super stressful day infinitely better and I'll never forget their kindness. Indy is also a gem, thank you for making me laugh and explaining things to me so that I could actually understand what was happening with my vehicle.
